Crypto Price Today: Bitcoin Holds Near $23,000; Solana and Ethereum lost up to 4%

New Delhi: The cryptocurrency market was trading in the red on Friday. Bitcoin (BTC) fell 0.86% to $22,995, while Ethereum (ETH) was below the $1,600 level. BTC volume in the past 24 hours was around $26.25 billion, down 13.77% in the past 24 hours.

“Bitcoin was recently trading just below its most recent support level of $23,000. Bitcoin’s rise of more than 35% this year has revived interest in crypto markets, although analysts remain skeptical about its near-term prospects,” said Rajagopal Menon, vice president of said WazirX.

Other major crypto tokens were also trading lower on Friday. Solana fell 3.8%. Litecoin, Shiba Inu, Dogecoin, and BNB were also trading with cuts.

The global cryptocurrency market capitalization traded around $1.04 trillion, down 1.15% in the past 24 hours.

Total DeFi volume is currently $5.57 billion, or 10.2% of the total 24-hour crypto market volume. The volume of all stablecoins is now $48.86 billion, or 89.40% of the total 24-hour crypto market volume.

The price of Bitcoin, the world’s largest cryptocurrency, hovered around $443.59 billion, with a dominance of around 42.41%, an increase of 0.06% on the day, according to CoinMarketCap. .
