There were no crypto news events to guide investors on Sunday, as the holidays saw a limited amount of crypto market news coverage. The lack of news left markets on the sidelines for the fifth consecutive session.

However, the NASDAQ mini provided late-breaking support. The NASDAQ index will likely guide the crypto market throughout the afternoon session. Friday’s US economic indicators gave investors hope that the Fed would adopt a less aggressive interest rate path to bring inflation back to its target.
