A dynamic leader, Matt brings over twelve years of executive management experience driving client success. Matt served as Director of Customer Services for iCore Networks when they successfully integrated with Vonage in 2015. Thereafter, Matt worked at Vonage for seven years, starting as Director of Customer Services and moving to Vice President of Customer Success. In addition to leading Customer Success, he was vice president and general manager of a core business platform at Vonage. Most recently, Matt held the position of Head of Global Account Management and Customer Relations for a software communications and productivity company, Nextiva.
